1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Consultancy & Booking Services

Vihoo Overseas acts as a facilitator and travel strategist. We provide:

• Custom itinerary curation and day-by-day travel route optimization.
• Booking assistance for flights, hotels, IRCTC rail tickets, buses, and chauffeur-driven cabs.
• Passport application consultation and visa documentation guidance for Surat PSK and global consulates.
• 24/7 active ground travel coordination and emergency support during your journey.

3. Pricing, Payments & Dual Cost Invoicing

Our transparent pricing structure ensures that:

• Live Vendor Costs: Airline fares, hotel room charges, cab rental rates, and official visa application fees are charged at 100% actuals with zero commission markups.
• Consultancy Charges: Our professional consultation fee is charged separately as per our published fee schedule and clearly itemized on your statement.
• Payment Modes: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers via RBI-authorized payment gateways.

4. Traveller Responsibilities & Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to:

• Ensure possession of valid passports (with minimum 6 months validity from departure date for international travel).
• Provide accurate personal information matching government identity documents for ticket issuance.
• Comply with destination country entry requirements, vaccination mandates, and customs regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Vihoo Overseas ensures rigorous verification of all partner networks (airlines, hotels, transporters), we are not liable for airline schedule changes, weather-induced delays, natural events, or actions of sovereign embassy visa officers. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the consultancy fee received by Vihoo for the specific booking.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
