• Booking Details: Flight preferences, hotel stay selections, dietary requirements, and co-traveller passenger information.
• Payment Telemetry: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation proofs (we do NOT store raw credit/debit card PINs or CVVs).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate travel operations:

• Issuing confirmed airline, train, bus, and hotel vouchers in your name.
• Submitting verified tourist and business visa applications to embassies and consulates.
• Sending live itinerary updates, flight status alerts, and WhatsApp vouchers.
• Providing 24/7 active customer support and emergency ground assistance.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Safeguards

We only share essential passenger details with verified service partners (e.g. IndiGo, Emirates, IRCTC, Booking.com, embassy visa portals) to execute your official reservations. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing brokers.

4. Data Security & Retention

All customer documents and passport data are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Documents submitted for completed trips or visa consultations are retained only for the legally mandated period and can be permanently deleted upon written customer request.
